From burnout and self-doubt... Back to the violin.

I’m a professional violinist based in the UK, and I’ve been playing since I was 7.  I trained at a professional music school and then at the Academy of Music in Gdansk, Poland.

I was not the best. There were plenty of others more talented than I was.

I just had no other choice: I could either practise or go to a "normal school".

I chose to stick to my violin, for better or worse.

From the outside, everything looked on track... On the inside, it was a different story.

At some point, years of pressure, perfectionism, and never feeling “good enough” finally caught up with me: sleepless nights. Stress levels I could no longer contain.

After 15 years of hard work, I played my final exam, quit the violin and walked away from the career I’d worked for my whole life.

I decided to take a gap year and go to London (I was considering Paris, but my French was much worse than my English...) - I wanted to change my life.

Try something different. Become a CrossFit instructor. A restaurateur... Anything but playing the violin.

By chance, looking for help with my personal development and ongoing feeling like "what on earth is going on", I met a therapist who, cutting through a lot of noise in my head, did something that was probably the last item on my agenda: helped me reconnect with my instrument - not by pushing harder, but by working with the subconscious beliefs and emotions underneath the anxiety.

That changed everything.

⋅ In 2018, I started my own business as a violinist - it is now my full-time job.

⋅ Since then, I’ve built a performing career around the UK (my niche is playing at weddings and events in beautiful venues).

⋅ I’ve grown a YouTube channel to over 60,000 subscribers, sharing my playing with audiences around the world.

Along the way, I realised I didn’t just want to perform — I wanted to support other musicians who felt the way I once did.

So in between performances,  I went back to study MA in Music Psychology, Performance and Wellbeing, followed by Clinical Hypnotherapy training to gain practical tools for working with the problems that musicians face.

Now I bring all of this together, my experience and training, to help musicians move from fear to freedom on stage. From self-doubt to self-belief. To fulfil your true, unique potential as an Artist you are meant to be.

Are you ready to step into your own success story?
